Classes Offered:
Please see "Our Class" at the above bar to view our current courses being offered.
School Hours:
Our real estate school schedule will be posted on our website when in session. We offer in person class and virtual. Please visit our social media accounts to stay up to date.
Enrollment:
You will be able to enroll in our courses during our enrollment period only. If you do not pass your course, you have the option to re-take the course for 1/4 of the price.

Purchases are not transferrable from one name to another. No exceptions.

If you cannot complete the course, please contact our office immediately to discuss your options.
Attendance:
Attendance is very important. If you enroll in our courses and due to medical circumstances cannot complete the course, you have up to 1 year from date of purchase to take the course again. We do not provide monthly reminders of progress and time remaining. That will be the student's responsibility to keep track of their hours. In the event an extension is necessary for a pre-license course, an additional $100 for 30 days will be assessed.

Our office is open M-F 9am - 5pm Central Standard Time.

We will be closed on all major holidays. (New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
